Merging update -> devel/p5-IO-Compress

Hi all,

I updated devel/p5-IO-Compress-Base, devel/p5-IO-Compress-Zlib,
devel/p5-IO-Compress-Bzip2 and devel/p5-Compress-Base to 2.017. This results
in a new package devel/p5-IO-Compress where all above named packages were
merged in.

The requires in modifying (and bumping PKGREVISION for):
