I have been running on one particular Linux/amd64 application on NetBSD-current since about 4.99.7x, currently on 5.99.11. It works, but it's only a single program of course. It's on a 3GHz Core 2 Quad. What isn't working anymore for me however, is Sun's J2SE 6.0, under LINUX32 emulation, since somewhere during 5.99.[2-7]. This is all with the default Linux osrelease setting 2.4.previous_century or something). Also, an unrelated annoyance is the fact that there is no Linux(-32) ldd(1) in the emulation packages anymore (the bash script tries to use some /lib/ld-linux.so.2, which obviously doesn't exist).
