Applying patches from KDE's qt-copy since their update to 4.5.1 has fixed the
blank menu, popups and partial borders issues. I don't know if *all* of them
are needed but I do know that at least two of them are (958945 fixed the
border and the error popups but not the blank menu or the mouse-over popups).

It might be good to get those added to x11/qt4-libs.
