I'm doing a full bulkbuild every time. When I bootstrap the to-be-bulk-built
pkgsrc kit I specificy the --mk-fragment to the bootstrap process. This
generates a mk.conf with my custom options in --sysconfdir which, presumably,
is used by pkgsrc.

However when doing the bulkbuild I get these /nonexistent things for packages
that have PKG_OPTIONS set in the above mk.conf.

I.e I'm doing (much simplified):

1. bootstrap into /tmp/pbulk-pkg
2. install pbulk into /tmp/pbulk-pkg
3. bootstrap into /usr/mypkg (specifying --mk-fragment with options)
4. /tmp/pbulk-pkg/bin/bulkbuild

This happens on multiple os/arches (NetBSD & Darwin).

Is that a better description?

Thanks,
- Jesse
