Bootstrap woes.

Hello everyone,

Here's my story.
I wanted to get pkgsrc without downloading a tar, or binary.
So I downloaded the following directories recursively using ftp:

ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/current/pkgsrc/bootstrap/
ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/current/pkgsrc/sysutils/install-sh/
ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/current/pkgsrc/pkgtools/bootstrap-mk-files/
ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/current/pkgsrc/devel/bmake/
ftp.netbsd.org pub/pkgsrc/current/pkgsrc/pkgtools/libnbcompat/
ftp.netbsd.org pub/pkgsrc/current/pkgsrc/pkgtools/pkg_install/
ftp.netbsd.org pub/pkgsrc/current/pkgsrc/mk/

when I do
cd ./bootstrap

It does this:
