Yes that may be possible for NetBSD, but pkgsrc running on other system
ie. DragonFlyBSD or Solaris would be different.
So maybe the website could check the bulk builds for "initial data".
What Im also curious is, where would the calls to curl be inserted when a
user executes make on a package? I suppose the package and its
dependancies would be looked up by url like this example:
