Ruby 1.8.7p249 and Ruby 1.9

It would be lovely to have packages for thee.  1.8.7p249 has a problem
on NetBSD with the pthreads code, and appears to have some other
problems as well as I could not get the tests to pass.  However, the
tests for the current version in pkgsrc also fail...

Note that Ruby on Rails 3.0 will require Ruby 1.9.

Ruby 1.9.1p378 is out.  It seems to almost work out of the box (the
tests mostly pass in a unmodified build on a NetBSD 5.0 system) but I
have not worked to make it into a NetBSD package yet.

The tests that fail in 1.9.1p378 seem to be the same types of ones that
fail on 1.8.7.  I know we do something special with OpenSSL in 1.8.7
patches, I may investigate this for 1.9.1 as well:
