Thanks, I did FETCH_USING= fetch and I worked around it.

Later on though it failed with:

ERROR: No usable termcap library found on the system.

I only found a plain (i.e., not devel) termcap package, which I
installed. But no success.

termcap: /etc/termcap /usr/lib/termcap /usr/include/termcap
/usr/share/man/man5/termcap.5.gz
