Just a side-note:
I think this magic command
eval `bmake show-var VARNAME=_DEPENDS_WALK_CMD` `bmake show-var VARNAME=PKGPATH`
may be very useful to have in pkgsrc as a single command like
'make show-all-dependants' or so
