use FAILOVER_FETCH=yes in mk.conf, as some tex mirrors have old enough
data to still hold the version of the files with the needed sum (tex ppl
do not use version numbers as normal people would expect... they
told me it is documented somewhere, but imo this is bullshit, it
would be no extra work for them to also keep properly named
archives...)
