FYI to Nagios and NRPE users, this very simple patch sync's optionsavailable with those in FreeBSD Ports to add "--enable-command-args"

Since there is no official maintainer, CC'ing a few folks who havehelped maintain Nagios NRPE over the years (even though the upstreamvendor really isn't maintaining it :)
