This has been fixed upstream now in xkeyboard-config 2.0.  Is it
ok to update this during the freeze?  Only x11/modular-xorg-server
depends on it.

(Despite the 2.0 version number, this is not a major release, only
bugfixes like previous releases - they just don't seem to believe
in 1.10 ;-))
