Actually, that is the main intention of pkg/43915: The documentation
is built only when calling "make install". This is *really* bad in
combination with pkg_rolling-replace.

Will do. Have you looked for more dependencies of this type? I kind of
expect to fix one former Soviet Republic after the other...
