another problematic dependency on documentation

Hi!

Just to demonstrate another failure mode in the discussion about
dependency on documentation (and especially again on doxygen):

During install (not build) of devel/doxygen this happened:

Ten years ago I probably would have had enough knowledge to increase
TeX's memory. But now with several layers of teTeX, TeX Live and
tlmanager, I am lost. And why this happens only on Solaris/sparc but
not on Solaris/i86 is another puzzler. This is not the TeX of my
youth...
