Packaging a new version of Fop

Hi all,

Apache Fop has finally been released in a 1.0 version:
http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/1.0/index.html

I'd like to package it properly in pkgsrc.

There was once a textproc/fop entry; it has been removed in 2009.
Should I create a new entry in pkgsrc-wip or is there a way to reuse
the old textproc/ one ?
