I'm packaging nag which is a horde application (like kronolith) and I
don't specify php-mysql dependency. It works. Nag needs to be configured
manually (from horde web interface) after installation. The default
configuration selects horde storage backend. I suppose the same
behaviour occurs for kronolith. But It seems possible to choose a
different storage backend.
In my case, kronolith depends of php-mysql whereas I'm using postgresql ...
