png-1.5 breakage status

AFAIK, the following packages currently don't build against png-1.5.1:

editors/ted
graphics/GraphicsMagick
graphics/gimp1-base
graphics/gtksee
graphics/libpano13
graphics/povray
graphics/xart

Additionally,
multimedia/mjpegtools
does build, but doesn't work with interlaced pngs.

All the other breakage that's been reported should be fixed by now.
If you have additional breakage, please let me know.

If you want to fix one of the packages above, please let me know to
avoid duplicated work -- I'd appreciate it!
