ja-ptex environment

Hi, 
 I have a set of pLaTeX source for the input to test ja-ptex
(say, a kind of my daily work).
I have recently checked out pkgsrc-current and rebuild the 
environment.

 To my understanding, to prepare roughly the equivalent as of
FEB 2011, I needed following packages.

ja-ptex-2.0         Meta-package for pTeX et al, supports Japanese language
tex-jsclasses-2010  Classes tailored for use with Japanese
teTeX-texmf-3.0nb30 Machine-independent part of teTeX
makeindexk-2.15nb3  General purpose hierarchical index generator

  I am saying that above four packages should be packaged
manually (for the memont) to prepare former ja-ptex package.
And besides,
    tex-ptex-3.1.9nb1 (required by ja-ptex) 
and 
    teTeX-texmf-3.0nb30 
has conflict on 
   share/texmf-dist/tex/platex/config/hyphen.cfg
so I needed attached patch. 

Is my understanding correct ?

tex-jsclasses (equivalent) was removed from ja-ptex/Makefile,
but I believe it is nice to revert at least.
(and two more listed above ?)
