If we make corrections and somehow the maintainers do not accept them,
what do we do? Maintain them as a patch? (I see the maintainer community
to be very thin. I think it mostly involves students. Of late I find they
are focusing on wrong things just for fancy such as wrapping build process
in a Java GUI instead of fixing the core problems that people face. There
is a huge backlog over years on bug tracking page on sourceforge.)

Deductive database features. XSB is extremely good at that. When I don't
need them I'd prefer Sicstus.
