I have always ended up copying the files from
/usr/pkg/share/examples/rc.d/ to /etc/rc.d, which I think pkgsrc
suggests at the end of the install process. DragonFly will use
/usr/pkg/etc/rc.d according to other people smarter than me, but it
needs to be created.
