Build error in graphics/librsvg

I am building packages from the latest stable branch, and in
graphics/librsvg it stops with a weird error:

This is on NetBSD/amd64, in a pkg_comp chroot with a 5.0 userland installed.
The system itself is 5.1.

Any ideas how this happened and what to do about it?
