agreed with Jonathan that changes that do not affect the contents of
previously working builds should not get a revbump.


Also, if you're using pkg_rolling-replace, two hints:

  set up ccache

  you can use -X to tell pkg_rr not to rebuild things


and a snarky comment: isn't the real problem that qt4 is so ridiculously
huge?
