recent mk/compiler/gcc.mk issues

mk/compiler/gcc.mk seems to be breaking, at least on packages involving python.


make: "../../mk/compiler/../../mk/compiler/gcc.mk" line 761: Malformed
conditional (!empty(_USE_GCC_SHLIB:M[Yy][Ee][Ss]) &&
!empty(USE_PKGSRC_GCC_RUNTIME:M[Yy][Ee][Ss]))
make: Fatal errors encountered -- cannot continue

make: stopped in /usr/src/pkgsrc/devel/py-stompclient


That file has been changed by three people in the past few days so
it's tough to say what is causing the problem.
