usergroupfuncs on Darwin?

Is there a reason why pkgsrc/mk/pkginstall/usergroupfuncs.${OPSYS} hasn't been 
created for Darwin?  The "stock" usergroupfuncs seems to fail on 10.5 and 10.8 
and prevents a pkg_add of a locally built qmail package.

If I'm missing something, please point me in the right direction. If not, and 
we do need one for pkgsrc on Darwin, I'll see about creating one that works.
