I did get the pkgsrc of current to 2012-12-08.
Then I ran cvs update -dP .
I did get the pkgsrc-2012Q4.tar.gz now.

I tried to build, I have same error.
% cd usr/pkgsrc/textproc/ruby-mecab

by the way, i486--netbsdelf directory that has been created under the /usr/src.
I think it was created when the kernel was built.
Could this be involved??
