sysbuild sysbuild4cron from pkgsrc-2013Q3 fails as pkg path is wrong

Hi

tonight I needed to build for amd64 on a new system that
had just a base NetBSD-6 system installed. I found sysbuild
(2013Q3) log had error that path of executable could not be 
found as base was given as /usr/pkg (rather than 
/usr/pkg/bin).

It's churning away now but probably only 10% through
unless there is another problem.
