If the sessionstore.js is newer than the date of the version it thinks it belongs to (as set in that version number), then it assumes it is invalid and won't try to read it. On top of that, some internal "own version number" should have been updated when building Firefox, but it wasn't, so by default it comes to the conclusion that normal sessionstore.js files are "too new".
