misc/tmux on OS X

Hi everybody,

I had to add :

.include "../../mk/curses.buildlink3.mk"

in misc/tmux/Makefile in order to build tmux on Mac OS X. Otherwise, 
compilation failed with:

configure: error: "curses not found"

Can someone update the makefile ?
