(cross/) nios2-binutils-2.23, nios2-gcc-4.7.3 (Re: Plan Revised

Done to this step.
I've checked nios2-binutils-2.23 can work both with gcc3 and gcc41 OK, so,
next step will be importing following to cross:

>   nios2-binutils      2.23                            2013.05-43

and switch all nios2-gcc's to DEPENDS+= this version.
   (resulting to delete following package)
   nios2-binutils220    2.20    -> nios2/Makefile.common

So final (at this moment) shape will be:

    nios2-gcc3          3.4.6   -> nios2-binutils       nios2_gnu_gcc3_10.0
    nios2-gcc41         4.1.2   -> nios2-binutils       nios2_gnu_gcc4_13.0

    nios2  /Makefile.common                             2013.05-43
    nios2-binutils      2.23    -> nios2/Makefile.common 
    nios2-gcc           4.7.3   -> nios2/Makefile.common 
                                -> nios2-binutils        

# nios2 is ALTERA FPGA processor
