Thanks for the information everyone. I ask about the license because I've taken over maintaining the pkgsrc package (odd I know) for Arch Linux since the version on the AUR is very out of date (2012Q1). The Arch packaging guidelines have changed since the package was updated last and now say that BSD licensed software should install a copy of the license so I was looking for the text of it.
The arch package basically pulls down the latest release and makes a pacman package out of it, then bootstraps it at install time. I took over maintaining it because I use pkgsrc on Linux and there wasn't anybody maintaining pkgsrc on the AUR

And bsd.pkg.mk is public domain.
Matthew, is there a particular reason for asking? Perhaps we can help
if there is reason you cannot use pkgsrc due to this. pkgsrc is
somewhat unusual in that it mostly consists of metadata.
