I've regenerated the patch, try with the latest commit?

If the Haiku patch(1) is picky about these then you may want to
comment out this line in mk/tools/tools.Haiku.mk:

  TOOLS_PLATFORM.patch?=          /bin/patch

so that nbpatch is pulled in instead, as that was able to handle the
previous editline patch.
