I've tried mupdf but it's too minimalistic for my taste. Evince and
okular are too big. Eventually I had to reconsider using xpdf.

The only thing is that it doesn't remember the width and size setting
through chapters. So I have to reset the size every new chapter. I've
appended:

initialZoom     width

to .xpdf, but it only works for the first page.
