www/seamonkey fails to install: possible PLIST error

I was unable to install www/seamonkey.

From the log, it looks like the build might have been successful, but a file 
that was in PLIST was not created:

I see pkgsrc is now frozen for 2014-Q2, but if this is a genuine bug, a silly 
little clerical error as it appears, this ought to be fixed.

But then error messages can be devious.
