Trying out the newly working pbulk setup on an old system with:

PHP_VERSION_REQD=53

in the pbulk chroot's /etc/mk.conf, building www/php-apc (and others) fails
with

ERROR: This package has set PKG_SKIP_REASON:
ERROR: Package accepts PHP5.4, but different version is installed

and yet its Makefile contains

PHP_VERSIONS_ACCEPTED=  54 53

?
