pkgsrc freeze extended by 2 days

Hi,

It was originally planned to branch pkgsrc for the 2014Q3 release
today.

We're still seeing a number of changes being made to the pkgsrc repo,
and a number of us have had to deal with shellshock and its aftermath,
and so I plan to extend the pkgsrc freeze by another 2 days to allow
the dust to settle.

Our aim is to have the best branch that we can, and I feel that making
the branch now would just mean further pullups would be necessary over
the next week.  Putting the time in now to make the branch better will
pay off for us in the long run.
