 Probably, this is just a matter of asking to the author, but:

  net/p5-Net-CIDR-Set is not LICENSE= yet.

 In the last part of the file:
net/p5-Net-CIDR-Set/work/Net-CIDR-Set-0.13/lib/Net/CIDR/Set.pm
  http://cpansearch.perl.org/src/ANDYA/Net-CIDR-Set-0.13/lib/Net/CIDR/Set.pm

There is a LICENSE part. In its beginning, it says:

 |* terms as Perl itself. See L<perlartistic>.
 + -----------------------
but the rest of lines are (almost exactly) the same as modified-bsd.

(by the way, cwdiff is in wip now)

What is the best practice for this situation (if the Author doesn't
respond :-)
