Sure. First of all, This affects only X11_TYPE=modular users.
X11_TYPE=native (the default) users will continue to use their
X11 /usr/X11R{6,7} and will not see these changes. Your regular Xlib
applications will continue to work.

What goes away, for X11_TYPE=modular users, is:

- XAA driver support (replaced by EXA/UXA/SNA)
- DRI1 direct rendering on NetBSD 6.x x86, meaning fallback to indirect
  or software rendering. (From my understanding this only worked well
  on a few older machines, pre intel's sandy bridge platform.)
