Updated patch posted up on
http://www.netbsd.org/~sevan/bitrig-pkgsrc-mk2.txt which addresses
the points list above
removes reference to i386 which setting serial devices and replace
with amd64 & arm
makeinfo & install info are used unconditionally

_OPSYS_SHLIB_TYPE for FreeBSD and OpenBSD can also be changed, NetBSD
is listed as ELF/a.out, that too should be ELF, no?

Anything else?
