Okay now using a hostname that works in DNS.

I used it and created the db (previously it was a 0 byte file).

I setup the logging to file. debug doesn't appear to be compiled in by 
default in the package.

Previously the daemons started up, but now s2s and sm don't stay 
running, for example:

This is using the default username/password.
It don't see hot it is already bound.
