After today's import of libreoffice-5.0.0.5 I tried to rebuild. But it fails

Is something missing? Or do we have a malformed patch file?
Setting PATCH_DEBUG in the package's Makefile results in the following:
=> Verifying /build/pkgsrc/misc/libreoffice/patches/patch-bin_distro-install-file-lists
=> Applying pkgsrc patch /build/pkgsrc/misc/libreoffice/patches/patch-bin_distro-install-file-lists
Hmm... Looks like a unified diff to me...

File to patch:
Looks like the patch is malformed - it should not have absolute
pathnames for the files!
