This smells like confusion between native xorg and xorg from pkgsrc. With xorg from pkgsrc I have the .1 version: /var/db/pkg/libxcb-1.11.1/+CONTENTS:lib/libxcb-xkb.so.1 You are trying to use native, so check if x11-links has this, and how the configure phase of the qt5 went. I don't understand how it would end up with the wrong value, vs failing at configure time.
