Jonathan, it was failing for me because it couldn't find libiconv (brought in via pkg-config for cups)
I don't notice failures in any bulkbuilds outside of smartos, though, hence my question(s) in the first place.
I thought I understood from wiz@ that if dependencies are changed a revbump is needed.
