Python and graphics/MesaLib

The subject package has the following line in the Makefile:

PYTHON_VERSIONS_INCOMPATIBLE=  34 35 # as of 10.6.7

However, the current version is 11.2.2 which seems to build fine with 
Python 3.5.  Does anyone see any reason not to remove that line?  Also, 
if removed, does PKGREVISION need to be bumped since it never built on 
the latest Python anyway?
