mplayer is not allowed to be redistributed, however we continue to
publish any packages that were built with it so that it's easy (or at
least easier) for users to built those restricted packages and still
make use of the others, rather than having to build everything.  Same
goes for e.g. packages which require the Oracle JRE/JDK.

It's not NetBSD only, but for SmartOS feel free to either mail the
smartos-discuss list or submit issues to github.com/joyent/pkgsrc for
a more targeted audience.
