Apparently, any attempt to print from Firefox will hang it.  I just tried
to use Firefox's own "Print" facility to print a web page and it froze.

This is a serious show-stopper.  Unless the problem can be duplicated,
analysed and fixed, I will have to revert to firefox-47.x (pkgsrc-2016Q2).
