Regular trunk packages for Enterprise Linux 6.x/7.x

Hi,

As anyone who follows pkgsrc-bulk@ will know, we've been doing daily
trunk bulk builds on EL (specifically CentOS) 6.x and 7.x for a while
now.

I've finally gotten around to generating appropriate bootstrap kits
for them and updating the documentation.  So, for anyone on those
systems (including RHEL, CentOS, Oracle Linux, Scientific, etc.) head
over to:

  https://pkgsrc.joyent.com/install-on-linux/

for installation instructions.  There are around 15,000 packages
available in each set.

Some packages have tweaked PKG_OPTIONS, they are listed here:

  https://github.com/joyent/pkgbuild/blob/master/include/pkgoptions/linux.mk

If you use these sets and would like additional changes, please let me
know via raising an issue against the pkgbuild repository.
