please revbump net/tor (undefined symbol after libevent update)

Hi,

after the recent libevent update, pkg_rr rebuilds the depending net/tor
package, but clients using the resulting binary repo do not notice that
net/tor should be updated as well.

This results in a missing symbol:
    /opt/pkgsrc/bin/tor: symbol lookup error: /opt/pkgsrc/bin/tor: undefined symbol: evutil_secure_rng_set_urandom_device_file

After manually deleting and re-installing, tor works again.

The only other package depending on libevent that I use is mysql55
(server, client) which does not seem affected.
