Building devel/openocd on a Raspberry Pi (model A+, 2017-03-02-raspbian-jessie, pkgsrc) fails with:

=> Creating binary package /home/pi/src/pkgsrc/devel/openocd/work/.packages/openocd-0.9.0.tgz
pkg_create: cannot write share/openocd/scripts/target/1986Ð²Ðµ1Ñ‚.cfg to archive: Can't translate pathname 'share/openocd/scripts/target/1986Ð²Ðµ1Ñ‚.cfg' to UTF-8

This is probably because of the UTF-8 in the file name.  There’s another file there which has the same problem.

What would be the right course of action to fix this?  Thanks in advance.
