Rebuilding "cad/kicad" (pkgsrc-2017Q1) on my amd64 build host running
the latest build of 8.0_BETA gets stuck at:

CMake Warning at CMakeLists.txt:575 (message):
WARNING: You decided to skip building boost library.
KiCad developers strongly advise you to build the bundled boost library, as
it is known to work with KiCad.
Other versions may contain bugs that may result in KiCad errors.

[stuck here for several hours]
Running 'top' on another terminal shows 'cmake' stuck in "netio".
Perhaps it's a side effect of my arrangement. The root filesystem is
on NFS. A fast local disk is mounted on "/r0" and "/usr", "/var/lib",
and "var/db/pkg*" are null mounts to appropriate directories on "/r0".
The idea is to provide a fast disk from which to load the compilers, etc.
and package installation.
Until trying to build "kicad", it was working just fine.
