Re: Newly updated modular Xorg won't start

On a recently updated NetBSD-current i386, after updating all packages, X refuses to start.

Does this suggest that something is nonworking in module "glx"?  Or maybe xauth?

I used the same xorg.conf that worked with the previous Xorg installation.

I had this same problem, nonstarting X that couldn't find display, back on NetBSD 6.99.something, think that was native X as opposed to modular/pkgsrc X.  It was only after a rebuild over a year later (NetBSD 7.99.21) that I solved the problem, using modular/pkgsrc Xorg.
